One of the most popular combining the flavour of the classic English Cox along with the acidity of England’s most famous cooking apple, the Bramley
Estivale
A relatively new variety, my personal favourite eating apple, which produces one of the sweeter juices. A little lighter than the others.
Falstaff
Another new English variety which juices exceptionally well to produce its own distinctive flavour.
Pear
Made from our very special Comice pears, full flavoured, delicious and this must be tried if you like pears.
